I try to approach my training mainly based on science and you can expect me to lift weights and not pump 3 kg dumbbells. Of course we get to strength gradually and it's always preceded by learning the basics (breathing, posture, movement patterns), eliminating soreness and working on short cuts. Exercises are always adjusted individually based on the client's goals and capabilities, and we will always have set goals that we will strive to surpass each workout.
