My approach to clients
My priority is to teach the client not only the exercise itself, but also the principles behind each movement. It is not enough to know that a certain exercise is "for the breasts". It is important to understand the physics of the movement, to be able to adjust the exercise to your own capabilities, and to be able to create your own variation over time. Communication is essential with me - it requires honesty, especially in the area of diet and overall regimen, because without real information it is impossible to work a plan effectively. Each workout has a clear goal, logic and system that adapts to the client's abilities and current needs. The collaboration is suitable for advanced practitioners who want to improve their appearance, technique and understanding of the workout, but also for beginners who need solid foundations and clear explanations. The goal is for the client to think while training, understand what they are doing and why they are doing it, and not be dependent on blindly imitating movements.
